Directorul Fundatiei Newropeans din Paris, Franck Biancheri, a prezentat recent la Cluj in cadrul unei conferinte, cele 14 propuneri ale sale referitoare la Europa viitorului. "Este nevoie despre o viziune asupra Europei pentru ca, la ora actuala, sistemul functioneaza dar nu se stie daca va mai putea fi aplicabil si peste 15 sau 20 de ani, in conditiile unei Uniuni Europene cu 27 de membri", a explicat Franck Biancheri scopul demersului sau.

September 1st, 2002 - Europe 2020 lance son marathon sur l'avenir de l'Europe : Newropeans Democracy Marathon

Un Gouvernement européen à la tête de deux entités administratives nouvelles, les chefs d'Etat et de gouvernement à la tête d'un exécutif européen unique, un Parlement Européen puissant intégrant niveaux européen, national et régional, la suppression du collège des Commissaires... autant de propositions que l'équipe d'Europe 2020 et les membres du réseau Newropeans ont rassemblé dans un projet politique appelé Vision Europe 2020
