I am positive to the ideas presented, including the new European legislation. To my mind, we need to start building cooperation and understanding from the local level, and start local eDemocratic projects, involving citizens. Financing of such projects still is problematic. We must find solutions to that, including to persuade public national research organizations and institutions to support eDemocracy research projects. Of main concern for such projects would be to support citizen participation in discussions - and decision making - about different forms of future European cooperation, in line with the development already started.
