IPP is a Dutch independent and non-partisan organisation promoting political participation as a tool of social promotion. IPP organises debates, meetings and conferences on important political themes, encouraging citizens to participate in political decision-making and developing a pedagogic approach aimed at specific social categories such as immigrants, women, handicapped people or youth. In the framework of the campaigns on the EU Constitution, they launched the referendumwijzer, a site where people could check for themselves with the help of a questionnaire if they were 'for' or 'against' the Constitution.
