of the immunity of European
functionaries.
Pursuant
to the Constitution of the
Republic of Estonia, the
abovementioned issue does
not fall within the purview
of the Head of State. In
accordance with §4
of the Constitution, the
activities of the Riigikogu
(Parliament in Estonia),
the President of the Republic,
the Government of the Republic
and the courts shall be
organised on the principle
of separation and balance
of powers. It might be possible
for you to find support
for this cause at the Riigikogu.
